We Normally Ship 1-2 Business day from when payment has been received (Orders received after 4pm are classed as the next day's orders). If you need an urgent order you must email or phone to see if possible, we will do out best! Please don't assume if you leave a message on the actual order, that it will be sent that day as order messages are not read until time of processing. Orders are processed in order of Jackobindi receiving payments, unless prior arrangement is made by email. If you choose an Express Post option it does not mean your order will be processed earlier, it means Australia Post say they will deliver quicker.
If you have never made buttons or an item, we highly recommend the DIY Kits with full instructions and all tools needed before buying in bulk. To save on paper we do not include instructions in any bulk packs of buttons or other items. If you do require an instruction sheet on how to put together a button please request it in the additional comments section at checkout.
