These policies pertain to Australian purchases only.
Defective merchandise may be returned to JACKOBINDI within 14 days of original purchase date. JACKOBINDI requires valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges without an original receipt. Valid identification is also required to receive or redeem a non-transferable merchandise certificate or mail check.
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange when returned within 14 days of the invoice date. Refunds are only offered if faulty items, misordered items will be exchanged only
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
To return any JACKOBINDI Online purchase by mail:
- Notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to return the product(s), including the reasons you are returning them and what you want to exchange for.
- We will contact you with a return authorisation along with any special instructions.
- Pack and seal your return securely and in padded packaging (in the original package if possible) and include a copy of the return authorisation. All returns must be sent prepaid and must be in a padded bag- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.If you require goods to be sent back to you, a self addressed padded bag with appropriate postage stamps must be included.

We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
On returns, we can only refund in the same form as you originally paid.
Claims for missing items will only be recognized if Jackobindi is notified within 14 days of purchase date. Due to the nature of buttons being weighed, not counted we weigh to more than the amount you pay for, you may or may not get different amounts of backs to fronts, for this reason please count buttons when received and do not contact us for claims if you get to the bottom of a pack and think you are a back or front short! You may have actually received more than you paid for! You may very well have received more than the amount quoted. Also flat backs are often inserted 2 at a time, for this reason we do not accept claims if you have not counted the goods at time of receiving.
