New Customers:

Please enter a username and password of your choice and your email address, then click 'create user'. You will then be asked to complete your order.

Returning Customers:

Please enter your username and password to complete your order. Your details are already in the database. If you have forgotten your password, please click the link provided and we will email your login details to you.

Completing Your Order

To complete and pay for your order, please enter the requested information. When you have selected a payment option you will be guided through the payment process using that option. Once your payment is approved we will dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Your Details

We need your contact details so we know where to send your order. If you have entered your details before, please take a moment to check that they are still accurate.

Delivery Options

Your delivey options will vary depending on whether you are in Australia or overseas. When you have entered your delivery address, the checkout page will display only the delivery options that are appropriate to you. See our Help page for more information.

Payment Options

You can pay for your order in several ways:

• By credit card, using our secure credit card processing facility. We currently accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
• By PayPal, a secure and convenient way to make payments over the internet. You will need to create an account with PayPal if you do not already have one.
• On account. We offer pre-approved customers the option of making purchases on account. You will be issued with an invoice, which you can pay by cheque or online.
